I love knitted home. The communication is great and parcels are always shipped quickly. This yarn is really soft. I mainly picked it because I was struggling to get a 4-ply purple that matched a lace weight I had, and I wanted to use them together. It feels nice against the skin and I’m enjoying knitting with it.

“Lockdown" made me take up simple knitting - as an attempt to do something useful - as well as to relieve boredom. My plan was to make a scarf - as small as possible - as I hadn’t held a knitting needle for 30 + yrs. Having completed one - lacy plus some mistakes which don’t show to much - I am now embarked on the Alpaca - bigger needles - lacy and lovely. The yarn is a dream and who knows what will be next. Mavis.
