Gabo Wool Cashmerini

CASHMERINI is a unique yarn composed of 70% extra-fine merino fibres (17 microns) and 30% precious cashmere of the same thickness. These precisely selected, ultra-fine fibers provide extraordinary softness, lightness, and delicacy, making CASHMERINI an ideal yarn for those with very sensitive skin and those requiring the utmost comfort.

Thanks to an innovative air-brushing process, the fibers' natural, subtle hair is extracted. This gives the yarn volume and a luxurious cashmere halo.

The result is a wonderfully comforting yarn: fluffy and warm, yet surprisingly light, with a softness that makes it particularly lovely for garments and accessories worn close to the skin.

For us, Cashmerini is a beautiful example of what can happen when exceptionally fine natural fibres meet thoughtful yarn making, it is unlike any cashmere blend we have tried in the past, the garment remain in shape and structure exceptionally well thanks to its merino content, whilst your skin is in direct contact with the brushed cashmere for the exceptional soft and light feel that's almost like pure cashmere. It is the reason we chose to welcome Gabo Wool into our collection.

Products made from this yarn require gentle hand washing at a maximum temperature of 25 degrees Celsius using mild detergents intended for wool.

After washing, don't twist or wring the knitwear vigorously. Gently squeeze out excess water. Wrapping the knitwear in a thick, absorbent towel can also help.

We recommend drying your garments flat, spreading the fabric to create the desired shape, and then leaving them to dry naturally. Do not accelerate the process by using tumble dryers or radiators. Do not dry your garments in direct sunlight.
