Cashmere Cowl Workshop Kit – 2026 Summer Wool Festival

This listing is specifically for customers who are attending our Cashmere Cowl Workshop at the 2026 Summer Wool Festival, taking place on 25th–26th July 2026 at Redbourne School.

Please only order this kit if you are attending the workshop.

In this workshop, you will be taught by Sam, who currently looks after the majority of tasks at Knitted Home. Sam will guide you through making your very own Cashmere Cowl using our exquisite Cardiff Cashmere Prime to create a beautifully soft, two-colour cowl.

In this workshop, you’ll explore colour, texture, and professional finishing while learning how to work a provisional cast-on, knit in the round, use helical knitting for seamless stripes, and complete your cowl with a refined I-cord cast-off.

A stylish, wearable project designed to show off the delicate halo, softness, and drape of luxury cashmere and silk blend.

What’s included in the kit

Your workshop kit includes:

• 2 skeins of Cardiff Cashmere Prime
• 1 pack stitch markers
• 1 darning needle
• The Cashmere Cowl pattern

Cardiff Cashmere Prime is a beautiful new yarn in a delicate lace weight, made from a luxurious cashmere and silk blend. It creates a soft, light and elegant fabric, perfect for this special project.

Tools you will need to bring

The cow requires the following tools:

• 5mm, 40cm circular knitting needles
• 4.5mm double pointed needles
• 4.5mm or 5mm crochet hook

Please note that these tools are not included in the kit, as many customers may already have them at home. Please bring your own tools with you to the workshop.
